Delete your Histari account & data

You can permanently delete your Histari account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Histari and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account (or Delete my data to remove your data but keep the account).
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By request (e.g., if you've uninstalled the app)
Email us and we'll delete your account and data for you:
- To: contact@flownaught.com
- Subject: Delete my Histari account
- Send from — or include — the email address you used to sign in, so we can locate your account.
We process these requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile (name, email)
- Your allergy and symptom reaction logs
- Your allergy-test profile
- Your food-reaction entries
- Your app preferences and any location data attached to your logs
What is retained
If you opted in to contributing anonymized restaurant reports, those reports contain only a restaurant, dish, and suspected allergen — no name, no identifier, and nothing linking them to you. Because they carry no personal information, they are not deleted. We may also retain limited records where required by law.
Guest data
If you used Histari without signing in, your data was stored only on your device — uninstalling the app (or using "Delete my data" in the app) removes it. There is nothing on our servers to delete.
